We have a 3-step hiring process which consists of 2 interviews with our recruitment team, and the 3rd and final interviews are with our client. Our 3-step vetting process includes a background check, personality assessment, and a video file of the candidate. All tools and resources are shared when a candidate's file is endorsed to our client.
